They shouldn't because then most players would go to play with NBA 2K Coins casual and have fun, and just a whole lot of tryharders would play aggressive against other tryharders (exactly what they do not wish to perform ). So they need to. I feel as though tryhards would go to casual dominate and to try. Look how folks run in park and individuals who go squad. They will not if casual manner has no records in any way. They will have no method of registering their domain in the form of stupid numbers. And needless to say, people generally wouldn't be worried about winning or losing, but about to having a bit fun.

I understand what you're saying, but I disagree. I totally concur that 2K is terrible at making at competitive match. The 2K league is simply awful to watch. But regardless of if they are good at producing a competitive game, there is still value in getting that clear seperation of competitive and casual. Putting shooting into the side for another, there's currently park, ante up, and pro-am if you want to play 3v3. Let's say you keep the ect for all three. Earlier in the year, pro-am gave considerably more rep than playground, so most of the"competitive" players were playing to rep up faster. This made park more enjoyable without people spamming steal all match for someone like me who just likes working with randoms.

Regardless of if others were getting rep because I had been appreciating NBA 2K21. That got reverted and the sweats came back into park. Rec is unplayable for randoms as there's no incentive for squads to perform Pro-Am. If 5v5 pro am given double rep and better matchmaking, then rec could become a casual manner without needing to touch shooting ect. So no matter whether NBA 2K21play is any different, there should be a clear seperation of casual and aggressive with significant incentives for the players that are aggressive.

To tackle the shooting, for some reason alot of 2K gamers seem to think the skill gap in NBA 2K21 is how long you can hold down the shoot button. I disagree, but there's SO many players that whine about folks. If the manners that are competitive has whites it might please sweats and casuals. There are things such as adjusting sliders that may make it more aggressive but that appears to be the main issue for most people. Should 2K's main focus be on Cheap NBA 2K MT improving their crap match? Absolutely. But they already have what they will need to make a true casual and competitive mode so I don't think that could take away from them working on making NBA 2K21 better.
